What happens if I fail to pay monthly fee for my virtual number?

Virtual phone number monthly fee is charged automatically by our system when it is due in monthly basis.

If the system fails to charge your credit card, you will be notified via e-mail and the amount will be subtracted from your VoIPVoIP calling credit.

If your calling credit balance falls negative, your number will remain in your account for one month but it will not be operational until you purchase credits. If you do not buy credits for one month, your number will be cancelled. Please note that there is a risk that your number may be sold to another customer after cancellation and you might lose your number if you make a payment afterwards.
