How do I change my e-mail address for VoIPVoIP service?
You need to open a help ticket for one of VoIPVoIP customer care representative. In order to open a Help Ticket
1. Logon to My Account.
2. Click on "Help Desk " and than "Submit New Ticket " link
3. Enter a message requesting e-mail address change with the new e-mail address information.
5. Click on "Submit" button.
Your e-mail address will be changed by a VoIPVoIP customer care representative in 24 hours and you will be notified when the change is complete.
