How do I cancel my service?

There are no contracts with VoIPVoIP and you can cancel your account or Virtual Phone Number anytime.

To cancel your account or virtual phone number, you need to open a help ticket for one of VoIPVoIP customer care representatives.

In order to open a Help Ticket;

1. Logon to My Account.

2. Click on "Help Desk " and than "Submit New Ticket " link

3. Enter a message requesting cancellation of your service or virtual number.

5. Click on "Submit" button.

Your e-mail will be responded by a VoIPVoIP customer care representative in 24 hours and you will be notified as well when your service or virtual phone number is canceled.
