How do I reinstate my account if it is suspended?

In order to verify your credit card we have charged the total amount of signup amount in two installments.

This is split payment, the two amounts total your first order on any card. We split the first payment on any card for a number of reasons.

Firstly for security reasons, we believe that anyone trying to use your card fraudulently will not have access to your banking details.

Secondly if you verify your card details we know you are the genuine card holder and your orders will be processed immediately.

In order to verify your credit card and reinstate your account;

1. Please call your bank and learn both of the amounts charged by Kosmaz Technologies during sign up.

2. Please send this information to support@voipvoip.com in any currency so that we can reinstate your account.
