VoIP Direct /Phone Card Support

What is Phone Card access fee that I see in my call history?

Our main services is based on Voice over IP (VoIP) and 90% of our customers use our service with a VoIP device or PC Phone connected to high speed Internet connection, which enables us to give better VoIP rates.

When Calling Card service is used, calls do not reach to our servers directly through Internet connection but reached through our phone card access numbesr. When this access number is called, VoIPVoIP is charged for around 1 cents a minute by its carriers for local numbers (2 cents a minute for 800 numbers) and this expense is passed to our customers in order to keep rates lower for our VoIP customers.

This is the reason why 1 cents a minute Phone card access fee or VoIP Direct access fee is shown separately in the Call History right after the calling destination and charge.

You can also use your Phone Card account as VoIP service and make calls without paying 1 cents a minute Calling Card access fee.

In order to use your Phone Card /VoIP Direct account as VoIP service you need high speed Internet access and a VoIP device or free PC Phone software that you can download from our website. Click here to learn more about VoIP services.
