Phone Card
PINless Dialing
PINless is a feature that allows you to skip entering your 10 digit PIN when placing calls.
PINless can recognize up to five (5) different phone lines belonging to your account. This makes dialing your account number and PIN for each call a thing of the past! Just dial the Phone Card access number from any PINless phone and start talking. Our system will automatically allow you to skip entering your PIN and to directly dial the destination number.
You can set-up PINless by logging in to the My Account and clicking the " PINless Phone Configuration" link. We recommend that customers DO NOT register phones in dormitories, hotels, offices, hospital rooms, or any other phones that are regularly shared with many other people.
Speed Dial
You can dial a pre-defined number by dialing only one digit.
You can pre-define speed dial numbers by logging in to the My Account and clicking the "Features / Outgoing Calls " link.
Automatic Recharge Option
Your account is opened by automatic recharge option. This means that, each time your balance falls below $2.00 threshold, your credit card will automatically be charged at the increment of $10.00. This option will ensure that your account will always have funds and that you will be able to make calls at all times. You service will never be cut off as a result of an insufficient balance, as long as your credit card is valid.
You can change recharging your VoIPVoIP account manually after signing up from MY ACCOUNT link. This means, however, that you will only be able to make calls as long as you have funds on your account.
Online Account Management
With Online Account management you can check all rates, review your call history, add funds to your account, set up the automatic recharge option, manage PINless Dialing, speed dialing and more.
Virtual International Phone Number
You can add a local phone number for your Phone Card account from any of 30 countries of your choice, and have your family, friends, or business associates call you dialing a local number. Whether they're across the country or across the globe, they can call you like you're right next door.
In this case you you have to forward the International phone number to your mobile or home phone and pay the VoIP rate of forwarding the calls to your phone, which is the same rate of calling to that destination.
For example if you forward your International phone number to a US mobile phone, the call forwarding rate would be 1.9 cents a minute.
