Where do I see my call details, payments, invoices?

To see your call details;

1. Logon to My Account.

2. Click on "Call History" link.

All calls are rounded to a minute and charged with the per minute VoIP rates that you can find at International Rates tab. When you make a call using Phone Card service 2 cents a minute Phone card access fee is shown separately in the Call History right after the calling destination and charge.

To see your purchases and print your invoices;

1. Click to "My Account".

2. Click on "My Purchases" link to see billing activity.

3. You can click on any invoice # to see and print your invoice. VoIPVoIP does not mail invoices.
