Virtual Number Support

How do I cancel/suspend my virtual number? Can I continue to use the service without my virtual phone number?

There are no contracts with VoIPVoIP and you can cancel your Virtual Phone Number anytime. Once you cancel your virtual phone number you can also continue to use VoIPVoIP only to make calls without any monthly fees.

You cannot suspend your virtual number for certain period of time and if you cancel the number you might not be able to get the same number in the future.

To cancel your virtual phone number, you need to open a help ticket for one of VoIPVoIP customer care representatives.

In order to open a Help Ticket;

1. Logon to My Account.

2. Click on "Help Desk " and than "Submit New Ticket " link

3. Enter a message requesting cancellation of your service or virtual number.

5. Click on "Submit" button.

Your e-mail will be responded by a VoIPVoIP customer care representative in 24 hours and you will be notified as well when your virtual phone number is canceled.
