What is automatic recharge option? How do I turn it on/off?

Your prepaid account is opened by automatic recharge option. This means that, each time your balance falls below $2.00 threshold, your credit card will automatically be charged at the increment of $10.00.

This option will ensure that your prepaid account will always have funds and that you will be able to make calls at all times. You service will never be cut off as a result of an insufficient balance, as long as your credit card is valid.

You can turn off automatic recharge option from MY ACCOUNT link. This means, however, that you will only be able to make calls as long as you have funds on your account.

To turn off or on the automatic recharge option;

1. Logon to My Account.

2. Click on "Buy Credit " link under My Account.

3. Change Automatic Recharge option to "OFF" or to "ON"

5. Click on "Save" button.

You can also buy more credit for your prepaid account manually and change the increment of automatically recharging option to $25 or $50 at this link.
